The Stand NYC is hands down one of the best places to enjoy a night out in New York City. I was pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous the venue was! Expecting a dingy, cramped space that’s typical for stand up comedy shows, but to my surprise The Stand NYC is classy, tasteful and the service spectacular.
I’m not sure what stood out more – the fantastic food or side splitting comedy show. Let me tell you though, both were absolutely amazing! For 15 bucks and no drink minimums (say what now?!) it was gold. And when I say our Waiter took care of everything like we were royalty would be an understatement!
And it doesn’t end there folks! With experimental music performances on their ground floor too; this place truly left us awe-inspired. Oh, and let’s not forget about those drinks though – made to perfection!

As someone who absolutely adores comedy, I was blown away by their line-up of comedians. From the moment we walked in, it just felt like we were in good hands. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, which made us feel right at home.
We went to see the 9:15 Friday night show and boy oh boy did they put on a fantastic performance! We chuckled so much that our cheeks hurt afterwards (yes, seriously). There’s something for everyone here as each comedian has their unique style from dry wit to slapstick humor; all guaranteed to leave you howling with delight.
The intimate setting here allows for an up-close-and-personal experience with the performers – making it even funnier!. Plus if you need to let your hair down after a long day or just want something exciting on your date-night-out agenda; there are plenty of great drinks and snacks available at reasonable prices.Our favorites were definitely their mixed drinks that were undeniably strong yet not watered down.
All in all, New York Comedy Club is definitely worth visiting especially if you’re searching for some lighthearted entertainment. Whether it’s your first time attending stand-up comedy performances or have been many times before,this mini club will keep giving out rib-cracking jokes constantly through out . Despite getting lost due to incorrect directions from Google Maps, our server Ray immediately lifted our spirits upon arrival. He was understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience at the club. With his fast service and friendly demeanor, he set the tone for what would be an unforgettable night.
Among the highlights of our evening were the four talented comedians who took the stage, each bringing their own unique humor style to delight audiences. The two comedians who worked with Kevin Hart & Dave Chappelle certainly lived up to their reputation as they had everyone in stitches from start to finish. Moreover, the variety of Mocktail choices also made sure that non-drinkers weren’t left out; which adds more value to it! All in all LoL Comedy Club is truly remarkable – people should give it a visit if one ever finds themselves bustling around NYC or simply need some good laughs!. I highly recommend visiting LoL Times Square Comedy Club—it’s definitely one of my favorite experiences in NYC thus far!
