Bang & Olufsen! What a classy store located in the heart of New York City! I’ve visited this place on several occasions, and it’s been a mixed experience. However, my latest visit was impressive, leaving me amazed at their top-notch service.

On my first day visiting the store, Moe assisted me with buying E8 earphones. The service wasn’t too bad, but there wasn’t any product information disclosed to me. Nonetheless, I decided to come back again for more products and chose H9 noise cancelling headphones as well – this time Alex assisted me. Unlike Moe’s service earlier that week, he provided excellent customer care by being patient while giving product information that ultimately helped make my decision.

One of the most impressive things happened on Day3 after I missed a call from B&O. Then later Alex called back within minutes wanting to know how he could help! He took exceptional interest upon seeing a caller ID with an unidentified number as opposed to just dismissing it like any regular salesperson–his prompt response earned him extra points in my book.

My review was not going to be favorable until Alex turned around everything on Day 5 when I returned stating that my E8 still didn’t turn on despite having charged overnight following Moen’s quick diagnosis without checking anything previously: “the battery is dead.” When bounced over it twice more succinctly (with both requesters specified needing confirmation) before letting go. With much dismay returning empty-handed home feeling frustrated yet something told me either try another employee or location hoping someone might have insisted testing onsite rather than depending solely off assumptions made during short encounters so far; Avex reassured firsthand doubt found true thus garnering five stars all thanks in large part due diligence shown throughout visits since they sell high-end brands less price-sensitive niche market requiring greater predisposition dealing premium relative standards undergone thereof amidst competition resulting customers seeking equal level luxury value differentiation that separates one from another.
