The staff at Escape Virtuality are simply amazing. Edwin and the young lady were incredibly accommodating and made our experience enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. However, there was one male worker who seemed rude and aggressive when we entered, which dampened our mood initially. Thankfully, the other two workers more than made up for it with their warm welcome and exceptional service.
Victor deserves special mention for his incredible hospitality. He made us feel comfortable from start to finish and his knowledge about virtual reality was impressive. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful as well, making our first visit memorable.
