Barry’s Noho, what can I say? This place is off-the-charts amazing! 🙌 From the moment you step into the Red Room, you know you’re in for a wild ride. The energy here is electric, and the music? Oh my goodness, it’s like a party that never stops! 💃
Now let’s talk about the workout itself. Prepare to be pushed to your limits (in the best possible way!). The HIIT/weight/circuit sequence will have your heart pumping and those jiggly fats burning. And let me tell you about the trainers. People, they are on another level! Elle, in particular, deserves all the shoutouts because her energy is contagious. She’ll push you beyond what you think is possible.
But hey, fair warning for newbies – this might not be ideal if you’re still figuring out your way around weights and circuits. They won’t give adjustments here because guess what? It’s more of a DJ/host vibe from the coach than traditional training style.
The staff at Barry’s Noho are pretty cool too (except maybe for one lady with glasses who had an attitude). They may seem preoccupied with their reflections in the mirror sometimes 😘 but overall they create such an inviting atmosphere.
So if you’re ready to sweat hard 💦💪 party harder 🎉🔥 and make it rain in da Red Room 💳 then Barry’s Noho is THE place to be. Give it a shot and prepare yourself for an experience like no other!
