What’s impressive about this gym is the recent requirement of vaccination proof for individuals wishing to train without masks on-site: this shows how much they value themselves as well as their clients’ well-being while still providing an excellent workout experience! I was also pleased with how Body Space Fitness Union Square keeps things simple yet effective in terms of amenities- they have everything you need without unnecessary frills.

The one thing that could improve would be expanding the locker rooms slightly, adding more showers because sometimes there may be a wait during peak hours but hey what can you expect from a boutique gym? The facility is spacious with state-of-the-art equipment that never kept me waiting, making every workout session a pleasure. What’s more impressive than their extensive selection of machines are the trainers who are knowledgeable, approachable and will kick your butt into shape! With personalized plans developed specifically for my goals, they have pushed me to achieve results beyond what I thought possible.

The locker rooms at CompleteBody Financial District were like an oasis after an intense workout – luxurious and sparkling clean with a sprawling vanity area offering all kinds of grooming amenities. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, there’s no way anyone could walk past their juice bar without grabbing a post-workout shake or smoothie!

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with an atmosphere that feels much more like a high-end spa than a gym. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help if needed.

What I loved most about TMPL Fitness – Avenue A was the selection of equipment available. Whether you’re into weightlifting or cardio, this gym has something for everyone. There are several Olympic platforms, racks, benches, ski ergs and even functional equipment on the perfectly sized turf area that brings an all-in-one experience under one roof.

The Personal Trainer assessments were also very useful for me; they ensured that my workouts were tailored to fit my fitness goals while avoiding injury.

Scott welcomed me as he walked me through TMPL and made sure everything was set up perfectly during orientation.

Planet Fitness is simply amazing! Oh my goodness, this gym located at 215 W 35th St, NYC is an absolute game changer for anyone looking to stay healthy and fit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere here is so uplifting and motivating that it kept me going even when I wanted to give up.

What’s more exciting? Their Black Card level membership package gives you access to all Planet Fitness properties no matter where you travel. How cool is that!? And their location near the train station makes it super convenient if you’re staying in the area. This alone is worth the investment!

Many comments have been circulating about lack of cleanliness which personally did not affect my experience at all since we come to sweat anyway! Moreover, with two floors and a decently less crowded environment compared to other gyms, Planet Fitness on W 35th St has tons of equipment waiting for usage!

The free weights only went up until 65lbs but again no big deal because there are endless options for cardio and non-weight workouts available as well. All in all, Planet Fitness gets a huge thumbs up from me – this place will leave you feeling energized while supporting your fitness journey like never before!

Orangetheory Fitness is hands down one of the most refreshing and exhilarating workout experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, it’s evident that this place is special. The coaches are experts at what they do and always bring high energy to their classes. Shout out to Coach Zach and Coach Brad who know how to push me harder than I thought was possible! Every class is different, with new challenges and themes each week so your body never gets bored.

I’m a proud convert from a traditional gym setting to Orangetheory and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The staff truly makes all the difference – Maddie, Sam, Emily, Kelly, Bobby (the studio manager), everyone knows my name and greets me with a smile every time I come in. They make working out fun instead of feeling like a chore!

The studio itself is spotless clean which only adds more positivity towards working out here even harder! Using heart rate monitors during workouts has really helped me understand how hard I am pushing myself or when i should pull back if fatigue sets in.Besides burning 500+ calories per session using treadmill ,weights Cardio this way.Who wouldn’t want an experience like this?
