Puppy Tale Lodge is hands down the best dog grooming service in town! My experience with Roger and his entire team has been nothing short of exceptional. They are all professional, accommodating and most importantly big animal lovers who prioritize their comfort and happiness while they’re away from home. I’ve had my Wheaten Terrier Junior groomed at other places before, but none have come even close to Puppy Tale Lodge’s level of service. Roger grooms him so perfectly every time that it warms my heart to see how happy Junior gets when he’s there!
This place is simply amazing! The staff at Puppy Tale Lodge are caring, compassionate and go above and beyond for your pup during their stay. I was a little hesitant about leaving my furry friend in their care initially because he still needs some getting used to being groomed. But as soon as we met the team there, we knew right away our puppy will be truly taken care of.
And lastly but not least, one cannot forget the passionate work done by Owner Groomer Roger himself!! He did an absolutely fantastic job on Georgie’s hair – she looked like a new dog after her grooming session. You can’t put a price on trust when it comes to taking good care of your pets’ fur-babies- especially amidst today’s world challenges dealing with COVID-19 & having reliable caregivers makes such difference for us pet parents!
