Luckily, I found Jeff and his team who came to the rescue earlier than scheduled and spent time searching every inch of my pool for leaks. He found a leak in my liner near my light/return area and patched it up like it never happened! Jeff is an honest, transparent person who truly knows what he’s doing. He even does pool openings/closings and maintenance – you really can’t go wrong!
But let me tell you, when those unexpected mishaps occur with your pool (like our green disaster right before July 4th), Jeff is there to help save your day! Within less than 24 hours of contacting him for advice on how to fix our green problem, he coached us through exactly what we needed to do and saved our holiday party!
I appreciate how communicative Jeff is regarding upkeep on my pool because honestly taking care of a swimming hole by myself can be challenging without expert guidance. Let me tell you about the amazing G&S Pools and why they are a must-visit if you’re in Staten Island. First off, let me just say that I am so pleased with their service! Matthew, Frank and Chris treated my family like their own when installing our beautiful inground pool – and that’s what sets them apart from every other pool company out there.
The installation process was quick despite our yard being more complicated than others. They took into consideration everything we wanted with regards to accommodating our two big dogs who were used to going in and out of the area where the pool was being installed. Plus, they always showed up on time, ready to work hard.
What’s fantastic is that after all these years since my 2010 renovation with them, Matt still remembers us by showing his care towards customers even by giving discounts nowadays for purchasing products because we bought the pool from his company. And most importantly recently when I faced some operational trouble related to it he responded right away which made me write this review – as someone who has experienced such exemplary customer service and quality product delivery first hand; there isn’t anybody else but G&S Pools I’d recommend to install your new inground pool!
