I recently took my dog there and was impressed by the superb service that we received. We needed immediate attention, and even though we had no appointment, they saw us right away on a Saturday. The vet was very helpful and thorough, giving us several options for treatment. Their communication with us throughout the process made us feel comfortable at all times.

I must mention Dr.Chen who gave exceptional care to our pet, calling twice to discuss bloodwork results- something that truly exhibits their dedication towards animal welfare. However, a minor administrative hiccup where one procedure wasn’t scheduled did cost them points its 4-star rating instead of 5-stars overall Although slightly pricey compared to other places, it’s worth every penny considering how well-cared-for our golden retriever received excellent medical treatment leaving him healthy and active as ever!

My pup Skoochie was treated by all of their doctors regularly; Dr. Slome especially was instrumental in figuring out what was wrong with my dog when other vets couldn’t find anything amiss. Thanks to Pure Paws, Skoochie is now healthy as ever.

From the initial phone call to post-visit follow-ups – each step of our visits at Pure Paws went smoothly. Their experts made us feel valued every step along the way, and we left feeling assured about our pet’s health condition.
