They provide complimentary tea after classes which gives you ample opportunity to enjoy the place with your cuppa joe; how generous of them right? One more great thing about this beautiful space is that they offer block mats as well so travelers or folks without equipment can definitely have access to it.

The energy throughout my time at Humming Puppy Yoga Flatiron was incredible – from start to finish everything available there made absolute sense: all props provided (blocks!!!) simply makes life so much easier. Amy’s energy during our session reflected positively out onto those around us; adding extra dipsy-doodle-do’s throughout each move fuelled towards complete blissful state afterwards.

The class was challenging yet enjoyable with great flow and balance of strength training movements along with gentle stretching exercises. I left feeling both energized and calm at the same time!

What impressed me most about St. Marks Yoga was their team of experienced instructors who has different styles but make sure to cater to your individual needs with personal attention given throughout every session. Ruthie, Brian and Matthew were exceptional teachers who not only helped me improve my posture but also encouraged me to practice mindfulness which is vital in today’s world where stress can take over easily.

As someone who’s not from New York City, finding such an affordable walk-in yoga session here was like discovering gold! You won’t find yourself in a class of mere limbs moving robotically; instead, you’re guided by passionate teachers who aim to nurture all aspects of your being.

The studio’s serene atmosphere combined with expert teachings makes every session feel like an escape from reality. A personal favourite of mine was Kelly’s class which demonstrated perfect synchronisation between movements and breaths while still honouring individual capabilities. Plus points for clean facilities!

Although catered towards New Yorkers primarily, their virtual classes make them accessible anywhere in the world now- meaning no one will have to miss out on experiencing what could be potentially life-changing sessions at Dharma Yoga Center ever again.

The space itself is beautiful with ample sunlight and high ceilings, making it perfect for any kind of practice. I attended Abbie’s class and was blown away by her approach to yoga – mentally challenging yet physically invigorating.

Kyle was my instructor at The Studio, and his class left me feeling renewed both inside and out. His unique style of teaching made this experience stand out from other yoga classes I have taken before. It had plenty of personalized attention to ensure proper alignment postures while also incorporating new variations into poses that were refreshing.

From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist, I knew I was going to love it here.

What sets Sonic apart from other studios is their sense of community. The instructors take the time to get to know each student personally and create an encouraging atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the family. And speaking of instructors…wow! These guys are amazing! They challenge you while still keeping things grounded and nourishing. Trust me when I say that after coming here for a few classes, your love for yoga will be reignited.

But what really sealed the deal for me was how non-judgmental everyone is at Sonic Yoga. As someone with social anxiety, going to group fitness classes can be daunting. But here? It’s different. You can truly focus on your practice without feeling any pressure or judgment from others in the room. Plus, they have classes for all levels – whether you’re a beginner or advanced yogi, there’s something for everyone.

While I opted for Yin yoga, they offer many other forms of yoga too – each one taught by passionate instructors who truly know how to guide students through every pose with ease.

What sets Integral apart though is its strong emphasis on spirituality. Each session includes meditation or time devoted solely to breathwork reflecting on mindfulness principles crucial in today’s hectic world. In fact, my experience left me feeling totally balanced inside out – as if my mind had been reset back into harmony again!

The studio itself is stunning, spacious, well-lit with large windows that offer magnificent views of NY cityscape while you’re stretching your muscles as part of your recovery process !! They also provide all necessary equipment you need! Each instructor has their unique style but are equally compassionate about helping every single student understand their body better. Jon’s educational teaching style won my heart – being able to address people’s individual needs while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere was something truly fantastic!. Another positive is that these studios usually have top-notch instructors who know their stuff. They’ll guide you through each pose with precision and help correct any mistakes so that you get the most out of your practice.

But what about the downsides? For one thing, these studios can be crowded AF. You might find yourself crammed into a class like sardines in a tin can. And forget about finding enough space to do those fancy arm balances without accidentally kicking someone in the face.
